Born in Citt di Castello, Umbria, Italy on September 30, 1968 Monica Anna Maria Bellucci began her modelling career at the age of 16 and by 1989 she was already a famous model having posed for Dolce Gabbana, ELLE and Esquire among others. In 1992 Bellucci made her film debut in Bram Stoker's Dracula, following her starring role in the Italian film Mal na Bellucci became popular with English speaking audiences.
