Born in Citt di Castello, Umbria, Italy on September 30, 1968 Monica Anna Maria Bellucci began her modelling career at the age of 16 and by 1989 she was already a famous model having posed for Dolce Gabbana, ELLE and Esquire among others. In 1992 Bellucci made her film debut in Bram Stoker's Dracula, following her starring role in the Italian film Mal na Bellucci became popular with English speaking audiences. This was followed by more films including Irr versible, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions, The Passion of the Christ and The Brothers Grimm. In 2004 Bellucci topped AskMen's 100 Most Beautiful Women in the World and is the face of Dior cosmetics.
